Roberta “Bobbie” O’Keith is a speaker, coach, educator, and entrepreneur and currently owns her own consultancy group and coaching business.

After 20 years of seeking out personal validation through climbing the corporate ladder, she found herself feeling unfulfilled and empty. Knowing that there had to be more than just doing the daily grind, missing out on family time, and being passed up on promotions, she sought out various coaching and self-improvement programs.

In 2013, she pursued a 12-month self-awareness program through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and became certified as an Energy Leadership Coach. This new self-awareness of understanding how energy, self-inflicted limitations and beliefs, past experiences and fear can hold you back from being who you are made to be. In 2014, she broke out of her stagnant, corporate America career to pursue a life of serving other business owners, entrepreneurs and business professional find their true passions.

As a Business Advisor and Coach, she helps business owners, CEO’s, and leaders, get back to working “on” their business rather than “in” their business so that they can have more “life” in the work-life balance equation.

She works with her clients to dig deep to determine the root causes to not only their business issues, but also what personally is holding them back from success. She provides guidance to help them break out of the expected mold they have put themselves in and focus on what matters most and what success would really look like for them.

She is a recognized, global speaker and has spoken on platforms for such organizations as JE Dunn, Forresters Research, Arcet Global Research, Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Business Marketing Association (BMA), Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), and the Association of Customer Contact Professionals (ACCP), as well as many other industry conferences.

She holds a Master’s in Business from Benedictine University, Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University, and certifications as a Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), Professional Business Coach (iPEC), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (GE), and Voice of Customer Professional (Allegiance University).
