Becoming The Better “You” You Can is hosting a 1-Day High School Student Assembly in Topeka, KS on February 13, 2024. The vision for this day is nothing short of amazing. We have planned a full day of music, engaging activities, and powerful talks on self-esteem and anti-bullying strategies. We want to come alongside and mentor & connect with them, through teaching, encouragement, and sessions, which will provide examples of lifelong morals and values in their lives. By partnering with us, you can play a crucial role in empowering the next generation of leaders. The Cost is only $20 per student and includes lunch!! Although this is an amazing price, we are requesting financial assistance. There are schools who do not have the funds available to pay for their student body to attend this assembly and need the funds so they can attend.

BTBY is dedicated to helping others become the best version of themselves. We host virtual and in person events all over the country helping others to see the greatness they have within them. What better way to expand the BTBY mission than to offer a Youth Experience?
BTBY has designed a youth program for schools that touches the hearts and minds of students to make them think about where they are in life. We give guidance and motivation to do and be better. We bring in speakers who have been where they are, or who work in the field of their challenges, through assemblies, workshops, or from classroom-to classroom sessions in middle schools and high schools. We have speakers who currently work with youth of all ages as their full-time jobs in racial justice with the YMCA, Suicide prevention specialists with the armed forces and other critical school programs. Our passion is working with schools to help at-risk kids, and kids of all situations. Our speakers have a passion for reaching the youth. For showing them a better way. What if we can make a difference in just one student’s life? One person can be a game changer!

Teaching our younger generation good morals, values, and personal responsibility helps them to think from others' perspectives and have the desire to help others. It also helps them to know their purpose in life and the good things they can do for others. It provides the foundation to be more courageous, fearless, giving, and selfless. It teaches them what their needs and desires in life are and to be of service to others and discover their needs.
When leaders train our youth in a vital youth community assembly, not only are the students encouraged, but families & marriages are strengthened & stabilized. A community without a vital program for youth is like a home without a foundation.
